You can choose a support package from the three available. The more hours of support you need, the lower the cost of working hours. Our goal is for businesses that need support to avoid spending a huge amount on that need, as this is often discouraging for an online investment. The following packages are available both to customers who have trusted us to build their website and to those who already have a website but are not satisfied with the support they receive.

SUPPORT ON DEMAND

Our company can provide you with support without having an active package. On-demand support is provided exclusively via e-mail and live chat, while there is no possibility to open a support ticket. The price of the working hour is 40 euro + VAT. We can provide support for problems on your website or e-shop, add new features and processes, add extra pages, manage your e-shop products, optimize your website or e-shop in terms of speed, improving your organic position in search engines etc.
